Each class is themed around elements of a chakra.

We start with breathwork linked to the chakra then Yin yoga to go deeper into stretches, holding poses for longer periods to massage the joints, organs and connective tissues in the body. Resulting in a profound calming of the mind and nervous system and improved flexibility.

Then we have some gentle restorative yoga to stretch out the body before a savasana to take you back into a deep relaxed state.

This is perfect for beginners and anyone who needs to de-stress.
