We all need a better balance in our life! Whether it’s a work/life balance or busyness vs relaxation. By not getting this balance right we can cause stress and underlying health issues.
This mini retreat will help to re-address the balance in your mind and body and help to relax you after a busy week. With a focus on inviting more self care into your day by moving mindfully and connecting to your breath.
By using some yoga, breathing and meditation techniques on this mini retreat we can bring our stress levels down, tap into our true emotions and needs and allow some balance into our lives.
Suitable for all levels of yoga, beginners welcome. Yoga equipment provided.
