On Friday 17th March at 3pm, to mark the 280th Anniversary of the Murder in the Churchyard in Rye, the Town Crier will be hosting a Themed Guided Walk – ‘Footsteps of a Murderer’.

This Guided Walk will trace the events of the murder in detail, and also reveal other notorious crimes & punishments in Rye’s history.

• Tickets cost £15 per person (available for purchase from Rye Information Point or Rye Heritage Centre)
• The walk will start from outside of the Town Hall (please find the address below)
• Walks will take place whatever the weather, so please dress accordingly
