Feel your stresses and worries melting away as you… Sing It Out!

The Mindful Choir with fun songs, lots of laughter and lovely people.

You don’t have to be a great singer. Just come along and Sing It Out! Everyone is welcome.

Our theme this term is ‘Xmas songs from around the World!’ and we will finish the season singing the carols we have learnt in a small Carol Concert in Rye town for charity.

The Rye Retreat have kindly offered to host us this year, so you will find us singing outside on their cobbles and we will be collecting for their chosen charity, the Rye Food Bank.

Rehearsals are £10. You can sign up for a term or pay as you go. Concessions for students or low income are available.

Once joined you will be given access to an exclusive Sing It Out! facebook and whatsapp group where we will share music, videos, instructions and mindful tips.
