Women’s circles are an ancient practice and place for women to be held, heard, seen and supported. We don’t have enough spaces where we can speak honestly, authentically and without fear of judgement.

When we share in held spaces, we often find release in speaking the words aloud and comfort in hearing our stories reflected back to us in the experiences of others. We welcome anyone who identifies as female or with the female experience.

This circle invites you to come and be supported by the experience of ceremony and the medicine of connection, where we can begin to process our experiences on a soul level.

Each meeting will have a different theme and format and we will go through different practices. To give you an idea these may include the following:

– gentle yoga movements, breathwork, meditation, sharing circles, relaxing rituals, focus on nature, self-discovery sessions, journaling, Oracle cards, music and sound healing, energy sharing, connection to self and others, relaxation

This group is an opportunity for every woman to carve out time and space for herself and listen to her heart and soul. Women tend to forget that we are as important as anyone else. Giving women the opportunity to spend sacred time with themselves supports them in tending to their needs.

This is a donation based event as I would like everyone to experience it, any donation is appreciated and will go towards the yurt hire.
