Yin Yang yoga
Each class is themed and starts with a calming chakra meditation.
Then we move into some restorative Yin yoga to go deep into stretches, holding poses for longer periods to massage the joints, organs and connective tissues in the body, resulting in a profound calming of the mind and nervous system.
Followed by a breathing exercise following a specific purpose for the theme.
Then into a Yang yoga flow to mindfully activate and stretch the muscles before relaxing back into a meditative Savasana to take you back into a deep relaxed state.
This is perfect for beginners and anyone who needs to de-stress. Yoga equipment provided.
