Yoga Pose Guide with The Humble Warrior
The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Don’t be intimidated by yoga terminology, fancy yoga studios and complicated poses. Yoga is for everyone.
However in a class of different abilities it can be difficult to ask for help or know if you’re doing the poses correctly.
In this class I will talk you through the most important poses at the core of a yoga practice. How to move into them, hold them correctly and move out of them to avoid injury and build strength.
Please join me if you are a beginner to yoga or maybe you’ve been practicing at home without a teacher or have a regular class and would just like a refresher of the basics. All abilities and levels welcome.
Yoga equipment is provided by the centre but feel free to bring your favourite mat if you have one.
