Singer/songwriter and creator of Mapp & Lucia – The Musical, Kate Garner returns to Rye for an evening of toe-tapping tunes from the 1920s. She will also be celebrating E. F. Benson with a selection of songs from her musical and a debut performance of Miss Map, a song she has written to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the book’s publication.

During the interval, Kate welcomes her special guests, professional dance instructors Hoc and Mark, who will be delighted to teach you the Charleston, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy their authentically chosen gramophone favourites. Dress up in your very best Lucia and Georgie finery and become one of the Bright Young Things of Tilling for the night!
