Oxford Lieder Festival is an extravaganza of song, now well established as one of the leading festivals of its kind in the world. Over two weeks each October, the Oxford Lieder Festival welcomes many of the world’s great singers and pianists to Oxford.

At Rye Creative Centre, we are delighted that the Festival’s Director, renowned pianist Sholto Kynoch, will join us for our own Oxford Lieder Series. The next concert is Friday 5th November, 6pm and presents outstanding young baritone, James Atkinson. Together they will perform Robert Schumann: Liederkreis Op.39; Madeleine Dring: Three Shakespeare Songs and Maurice Ravel: Histoires Naturelles.
