PRESENTATION AND CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP

This event is for anybody who would like to boost their confidence in both work-related and social situations.

Arabella Ansar is a former Head of Drama with considerable experience in training education professionals in self-presentation techniques.

Her approach is to introduce people to simple techniques that will help them to contribute more meaningfully in their working and private lives. Arabella likes to nurture a fun and supportive environment to enable better learning.

Participants in this workshop will explore a range of physical and vocal techniques to strengthen personal presentation, to enable more effective communication of thoughts and ideas and to boost inner confidence.
