Here we go again!
30th April & 1st May
12-3 both days
Our first event in over 2 years!
On the menu:
Pan fried pork fillets marinaded in garlic oil & Rye Spice universal seasoning served on toasted rounds of French bread and topped with homemade olive & anchovy tapenade.
Homemade mushroom soup served with toasted garlic & herb croutons.
Lamb Rogan Josh curry – one of the tastings favourite curries.
Carne Con Chilli:
diced steak with peppers and onions
ancho chillies & carolina reaper chillies
super-hot traditional mexican chilli
(not for the faint hearted)
Buttercream Baby Cake Company will also be showing and sampling homemade cakes & tray bakes. These will also be available for sale on the day.
We will be tasting GOOPIE chocolates – always a favourite!
And if we are really lucky, Alan our resident guest chef (and best mate), will go off piste with Rye Butchers Lamb Sausages cooked with whole ancho chillies.
Obviously, we will be tasting lots of Cottage Delight’s pickles and sauces
Holland Bay Organics will also be showing 24 different organic soaps fresh from Marseille and organic soy candles from the U.S.A
